  • You will be asked to enter a date that you would like your order, it will be ready for this unless we are unable to fulfil this order. Most orders will require 4-15 days notice.

  • Yes, at the bottom of our homepage and in the website header under ‘Corporate & Events’ there is a form you can complete to book these in with us, we can then confirm over email the details of your order. If however, if it is a small order, shop as usual, at checkout you can enter a date you would like to receive it.

  • In every product’s page there will be a disclaimer of any allergens in our treats & cakes and at the bottom of the website there is a list. please do contact us if you have questions.

  • If you have already ordered, email customerservice@bunkiebakes.com or use the ‘contact’ page in the site’s header and we will see if we can change the date for you, if not a refund will likely be issued unless it is a large/custom order or is too close to the delivery/pickup time.
